Can I pick up the equipment the day before?
Yes. You can pick up your equipment the day before from 5:00 PM onwards at no extra cost.
When do I have to return the equipment?
Returns are due on the last day of skiing. If you return the equipment the following day, you will be charged for an extra day of rental.
What happens if I return the equipment late?
If you return the equipment later than agreed, you may be charged for an extra day of rental, depending on the circumstances.
Can I change the size after renting?
Yes, no problem. Once you’ve rented, you can change the size if you’re not comfortable with the equipment.
Do you have different equipment ranges?
Yes, we have different ranges of ski and snowboard equipment. You can choose the one that best suits your skill level and what you’re looking for.
Is equipment always available, or do I need to check beforehand?
There’s no need to check availability. We always have equipment available in our stores, even during peak season.
Do you have equipment insurance?
Yes. Insurance is paid separately and covers 50% in case of theft or loss of equipment.
What happens if my skis or snowboard are stolen?
If you have insurance, it covers 50% of the cost in case of theft or loss. If you don’t have insurance, the standard replacement rate applies.
Do you have ski storage or lockers?
Yes, we have ski storage lockers. Double locker: €12 per day. Quadruple locker: €22 per day.

No, we don’t rent ski goggles for hygiene reasons.
Can I rent ski clothing?
Yes, you can rent ski clothing (pants, jackets, etc.) in our shops, subject to availability.
