Store and online rental terms

Grup Pirot offers online ski, snowboard and accessory rental through esportspirot.com with collection at Esports Pirot stores. Tax ID L-704529-N. Av. The rental contract must be made by a person aged 18 or over. If equipment is used by a minor, the contract must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate height, weight, age, size, ability level, equipment type and other information needed to prepare the equipment.

Customers who do not understand the equipment must request assistance before use. If equipment appears defective it must no longer be used and should be returned to an Esports Pirot store for inspection.

Skis and snowboards must not be used on pavement, stones, unauthorised areas or inside buildings. Snow on boots must not be struck against ski bindings.

Equipment must be returned to the same store in comparable condition, clean and without abnormal damage. Damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur charges. Use is personal and non-transferable and limited to authorised areas.

Online payment is made by bank card. MoraBanc manages secure payment data exchange when acting as the gateway. Full card details do not need to be stored in Esports Pirot systems.

The rental begins when equipment is collected and ends on the confirmed return date, inclusive.

A bank card or official identity document may be requested. Where no card is provided an alternative security may be required under store procedure. Proof of age may be requested for equipment used by children under 12.

The customer is responsible for the equipment from collection until return and must take reasonable steps to prevent loss, theft or damage.

Customers must not alter technical safety settings, particularly bindings, on their own. Adjustments must be requested from Esports Pirot technical staff.

Misuse may result in repair charges. Loss, return of different equipment or irreparable damage may result in the applicable replacement cost.

When available, optional theft protection may be purchased. In the event of theft, a police report must be provided and the specific cover conditions must be met.

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before collection by contacting info@esportspirot.com or +376 851 801. Eligible refunds are made, where possible, to the original payment method. Outside the period no refund is due unless expressly provided or required by mandatory law.

In case of illness or accident during the rental, the customer may return the equipment and request a proportional adjustment for unused days with a medical certificate and proof of return.

Booking data is used to identify the customer, prepare equipment, perform the rental, process payment and handle incidents in accordance with the Privacy policy and Andorran Law 29/2021.

Grup Pirot aims to keep information current but errors, omissions or changes may occur. It is not responsible for external incidents beyond its control where reasonable diligence has been exercised.

Illegal, fraudulent or defamatory use and actions compromising service security or availability are prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. The terms applicable to a booking are those in force when the booking is confirmed unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
