Processing is carried out under Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection, Decree 391/2022 of 28 September approving its implementing regulation and other applicable rules.

Identification and contact details, ID document, address, booking and rental details, store, dates, equipment, sizes, add-ons, protection options, billing, payment-related information, communications and incidents.

Managing requests and bookings, performing rental contracts, preparing and delivering equipment, processing payments, issuing documents, handling changes, cancellations, refunds, incidents, customer service, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Contract performance or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests where applicable and consent for optional processing.

Online payments are processed through a secure banking gateway. Full card details are processed by the payment provider and do not need to be stored by Esports Pirot.

If a provider processes data outside Andorra or another territory with an adequate level of protection, Grup Pirot will require the safeguards required by applicable law.

Data is kept for the time required to manage the contractual relationship and subsequent statutory periods. Data based solely on consent is kept until consent is withdrawn unless legal retention applies.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

You may lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) if you consider that processing does not comply with applicable law.

Bookings must be made by a person aged 18 or over. Necessary data about minors using rented equipment may be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
